Drita Bronkey - Manufactured Housing Industry Consultant

With over two decades of experience, Drita Bronkey is a consultant with Zemer Property Management Consultants. Drita supports the company’s work with mobile home park communities throughout New Mexico. Drita’s role draws on her extensive background in the sales, operations and daily management. Additionally, she is currently a board member of the newly formed New Mexico Manufactured Housing Committees Alliance.

Ms. Bronkey has continued to participate in the industry through professional organizations, including the New Mexico Manufactured Housing Association and Manufactured Housing Communities of Arizona. She attended the 2019 Western Manufactured Housing Communities Association Convention and earned a gas system certification in 2025, further expanding her industry knowledge. Drita maintains both mobile home dealer and broker licenses.

Away from her professional responsibilities, Ms. Bronkey enjoys a variety of active and leisure pursuits. Her interests include traveling, pickleball, golf, hiking, and reading, giving her a balance of outdoor activities, exercise, and quieter personal time.
